Experience where the magic happens at our Winery location in Peru, Illinois! Step into our Winery Caves where your favorite August Hill & ISC wines are produced and stored. Enjoy a unique wine journey presented to a small group of up to 20 people (approximately 45 minutes long). The Cave Tasting Experience includes a wine tasting of six August Hill/ISC wines specially selected by our staff and a signature tasting glass for you to take home. Tickets are $30 per person; $20 for Insider Wine Club members (limit 2 discount tickets/day).

Want to enjoy Wine on the Hill, with less work for you? Book your "Reservation to Relax" today, and the August Hill team will prepare you a spot on the hill at our Peru location for your selected date. 

The reservation will be for the day (12-5 pm on Saturdays and Sundays). The space will include two adirondack chairs, an umbrella for shade, a 30 quart cooler with ice, 2 bottled waters, and a small variety of snacks. All you'll need to do is check in at the winery when you arrive to order your wine by the bottle or wine flights, and you are set to enjoy a day of wine, music and fun.

Make your own succulent garden in a wine bottle at this fun workshop! Our friends from Petals by Peyton Plant Shop will lead the workshop. Workshop includes a plant pick of your choice plus 3 succulents and a wine bottle planter. The workshop begins at 11 am on Saturday, June 8, and will last about 1 hour.

Join us for Lunch at the Tasting Room, offered every Tuesday & Friday, from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm. Enjoy a glass of wine of your choice and a choice of four different lunch options. $25 per person.
