Membership requirements: You must be at least 21 years of age to be a member. A minimum of one pre-selected wine club shipment is required for membership; an online order you place does not qualify. Your credit card is required for wine club charges and this card is automatically charged prior to the shipping/will call date.
Active members: Club memberships are active until membership chooses to cancel. Membership applies to member listed on application and member's significant other.
Cancellations: You may cancel your membership in writing via email to wineclub@augusthillwinery.com after receiving the first wine club shipment and prior to the first day of the shipping month.
Discounts: Wine club discounts cannot be combined with other discounts. Discounts do not apply to off site events.
Shipping: You may choose to have your wine club orders shipped (see list of states to where we are able to ship wine). Current shipping charges are applied to your wine club order. These shipping charges may change in the future. Someone who is at least 21 years of age must sign for the shipment. We are not responsible for misdirected shipments. Three attempts to deliver your wine club order are made. After those three attempts, the member incurs the costs of failed delivery. Shipments may be delayed due to extreme temperatures.
Substitutions: We are happy to add your favorite wine to your wine club order, but no substitutions can be made.
Will call pick up: Will Call orders for active members are held for one year; members who cancel their Will Call membership have 30 days to pick up their final orders. After these timeframes, orders will be shipped and the card on file will be charged for the shipping fee. If the original club selections are no longer available, substitutions may be made. If we are unable to charge the card on file and ship the wine, a gift card will be issued for the value of the unclaimed order minus a $25 processing fee. The gift card will be mailed if you confirm your current shipping address; otherwise, it will be held for pickup at the Tasting Room.
Wine club months: Bi-monthly shipments and will call pick up months are January, March, May, July, September and November. Shipping Saver shipments months are March, July and November.
